Mitten & Company did a great job fixing my ceiling. Our HOA / the government mandated cuts to our ceilings (I live in a condo community) to install a new sprinkler system. The HOA and government were absolutely a nightmare to work with, but Mitten & Company was the saving grace in this process. They advocated for the homeowners when nobody else did, and their craftsmanship was beautiful. It looks like there were never holes cut in the first place. Good job! :)

My experience with Josh and the rest of his crew at Mitten and Co. was nothing short of extraordinary. Following significant water damage to both my home’s exterior and interior, I struggled for months to find a reputable local contractor who I trusted to complete extensive repairs in a thorough and timely fashion. Following a neighbor’s recommendation, I reached out to Josh who responded immediately and adjusted his schedule so that he could evaluate the damage the following day. Josh’s expertise was clear from the outset. He coordinated every step of the project, including waterproofing my rooftop terrace, replacing damaged siding and trim, caulking/painting, replacing interior drywall, and repairing hardwood floors – not to mention, he led communications with my HOA and insurance company. Ultimately, Mitten & Co. completed in four weeks a complex project that would have been a multi-month project with any other Charlotte company. They are consummate professionals, trustworthy, meticulous in their attention to detail, and proactive in communicating at all stages. Most importantly, I can rest easy knowing that the job has been done the right way the first time and that the leakage issues that have plagued my house for the last year are behind me for good.

All I can say is, WOW! Our home project had issues because of initial construction shortcuts and three other companies failed to do what Melissa and his team did on their first try. All while being extremely accommodating and very thorough. It’s hard to find a group like this.
